About the Role
As a Childcare Trainee, you will work alongside experienced educators to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. You will learn practical skills while studying towards your qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting educators with daily activities and learning programs.
- Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Participating in training and completing coursework as part of your traineeship.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to meet any required background or medical checks.
