Requirements
  • Must hold a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred

  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Experience in an OOSH service preferred 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
Your Role

As an OOSH Educator, you will:

  • Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that support children’s learning and development
  • Foster positive and inclusive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
  • Support children’s wellbeing, confidence, and social development
  • Collaborate with centre leadership and team members to deliver high-quality education and care
  • Ensure all practices align with child safety standards and organisational policies
