Save Our Service is currently recruiting a Full-Time Diploma Educator on behalf of a beautiful early learning service located in Edmondson Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate educator looking to step into a senior role within a supportive, high-quality environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality education and care in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and guide educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs
Implement and reflect on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and service policies
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Act as a role model for best practice in early childhood education
Selection Criteria:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (completed)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of the National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Sound understanding of child development, health, hygiene, and nutritional needs
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a similar senior or leadership role
Understanding of Child Protection legislation and holds an approved, current Child Protection Training qualification
