About the Role
As a Childcare Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports each child’s development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and hygienic learning environment
Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators
Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning and development
About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A genuine passion for working with children
Understanding of child development and play-based learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
