About the Role:
The role offers flexibility with the roster and is open to negotiation for the right candidate. Otherwise, the successful applicant will work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including open, close, and middle shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience as an Educational Leader or the capability to step into the role
- A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current industry practices
- The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
We also welcome confident and capable leaders who can:
- Take on or support the Educational Leader role within the service
- Mentor and support fellow educators
- Provide educational guidance and curriculum leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Build team capability across all areas of practice
- Role model best practice and professionalism
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- NESA Accreditation (or working towards)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
