Save Our Service is proud to be partnering with a well-established, privately owned Early Learning Centre in Berowra to recruit an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead their Preschool Room.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an ECT who is passionate about delivering high-quality educational programs while mentoring and inspiring a team of educators.
About the Role
As the Lead Early Childhood Teacher in the Preschool Room, you will be responsible for leading the educational program, mentoring educators, building strong relationships with children and families, and ensuring high-quality practice in line with the National Quality Framework and EYLF. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture while supporting continuous improvement across the service.

4-day working week
Monday â Thursday | 7:30am â 5:30pm
Every Friday Off
Lead the Preschool Room
Centre operates 50 weeks per year

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who brings both educational excellence and strong leadership skills.
To be successful, you will have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Approved Child Protection Training
5+ years' experience working within Early Childhood Education
Proven experience coaching, mentoring and leading a team
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
A passion for delivering engaging, inclusive, play-based learning experiences and driving continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Lead and inspire the Preschool team through coaching, mentoring and professional support.
Design, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF.
Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with all National Regulations, National Quality Standards and Child Safe requirements.
Support Quality Improvement initiatives and reflective practice.
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
