About the Role
As Centre Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. You will ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, build strong relationships with children and families, support occupancy growth, oversee staffing and rostas, and work closely with the Educational Leader to deliver high-quality educational program.
To be successful, you will have:
- An approved Diploma or higher Early Childhood qualification.
- Previous experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager, Assistant Director, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing educators.
- Confidence managing staff performance and having professional, constructive conversations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families and your team.
- The ability to confidently conduct centre tours and support enrolment growth.
