Save Our Service is a leading childcare recruitment agency partnering with quality early childhood services across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director / Educational Leader on behalf of one of our valued clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a unique dual-service centre, overseeing both a Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care (OOSH) program. You'll play a key role in driving educational excellence, mentoring your team, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment for children and families.
About the Role
As the Centre Director and Educational Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
- Inspiring and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider community.
- Driving continuous improvement and achieving quality outcomes.
- Supporting both the Long Day Care and OOSH programs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Centre Director within a Long Day Care setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations, and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Experience managing teams, compliance, and operational performance.
- Experience managing or operating an OOSH service will be highly regarded.
