Who We’re Looking For
We are currently seeking Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educators in Sydney to join our casual educator team.
To be eligible, you must have:
A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
A minimum of 6 months paid experience working in the early childhood education and care sector
The ability and willingness to travel to different services across Sydney
A strong commitment to professionalism, flexibility, and providing high-quality care
This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety, adaptability, and working across different early learning environments.
Your Role
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
Support and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
Foster an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for all children
Communicate professionally with families and service teams
Work collaboratively with centre staff to maintain high-quality care standards
