Save Our Service is a leading Childcare Recruitment Agency with a national presence. We are now seeking a Business Account Manager based in Queensland to join our passionate team and grow our footprint across the state.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of childcare clients in QLD, while also working toward KPIs to onboard new services. This is a sales-focused role that requires a strategic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and time management skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and nurture relationships with current clients
- Drive new business development and convert leads into loyal clients
- Travel to childcare centres across QLD to build strong partnerships
- Work independently from home and on the road
- Achieve set sales and growth targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Based in Queensland (mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Exceptional time management and ability to work autonomously
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Desirable: Experience working in the early childhood education sector
