Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting early childhood services? We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Officer to join our team in a vibrant and rewarding childcare environment.
About the Role:
As the Administrative Officer, you will be the first point of contact for families and staff, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our centre. Your responsibilities will include:
Front desk reception and customer service
Managing enrolments, attendance records, and documentation
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with compliance and regulatory paperwork
Supporting centre leadership and educators with administrative tasks
What You’ll Need:
✔ A current Working With Children Check (mandatory)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong organisational and time management abilities
✔ Basic to intermediate computer and office software skills
✔ Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential)
✔ A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
