Here, you'll craft innovative talent acquisition strategies that are high in quality and have the chance to redefine talent acquisition in an organisation that's setting the industry standard. About Save Our ServiceSave Our Service is a National leader in childcare recruitment, attracting and representing the best talent to support the childcare community and inspire our future society. We understand the challenges that both educators and centres face, and our goal is to bridge that gap, making it easier for everyone involved.The RolePartner closely with other Talent Acquisition Consultants and Childcare Centres nationally to take ownership of the entire recruitment process. Reporting to the Management Team, working within a collaborative HR team environment your role will see you responsible for the following:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across the businessEnsuring compliance and reference checks are completed.Building and managing relationships with recruitment partners.End to end recruitment, including issuing contracts and supporting candidates with onboarding.Working with service managers to creatively find recruitment solutions in remote areas.Completing regular care calls with new starters, referring them to our additional support and training resources where required Coordinating and overseeing Roster Allocations of casual employees. The CandidateDemonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition role within a fast paced, corporate environment.Solid experience with the whole life-cycle recruitment process.Ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent pools.A good understanding of Early Childhood Education roles and generalist positions.Strong verbal and influencing skills.Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders.Excellent planning, time and project management skills.Experience working in the Early Childhood industry preferred.Benefits OfferedA fantastic culture and workplace communityAccess to EAP servicesAmple career development opportunitiesProfessional development to grow your career.Collaborative and inclusive culture.Work from home 1 day per week.Reward, recognition & more.*Eligible to work full time in Australia.
