We select out staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.About the role:Due to growth within the company, we are seeking a motivated individual that can assist to our growing business by managing the casual workforce. Managing a team of casual employeesAssisting with enquires, feedback, performance management from the casual endBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCreating and implementing a new casual bookings process for the company (Deputy)Developing strong relationships with centre Directors and supporting with their recruitment needs whilst ensuring candidates fit within centres budgetsSupporting centres with their bookings and managementProviding detailed reports of current casual workforce usageGrowing the casual pool in all (end to end recruitment)Daily relief staff placement, candidate management, interview, reference check, writing advertisements, administration dutiesDeveloping an engagement plan for casual team members and ensuring fair andHR admin tasks including auditing of employee details/documents, statement of service letters, qualification changes, increment (pay rate) adjustments, employment checks, terminations and other ad hoc tasksReviewing and approving agency timesheets and invoicesProviding a strategic analysis of data to predict recruitment/staffing needs both permanent and casual as well as identify workforce inconsistencies and inefficienciesSkills and experiences:Similar experience (Childcare experience desired)Self-motivated "can do" attitudeGood organization skillsSelf-motivated with a desire to succeed and help others do the sameAbility to work in a close-knit teamExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsPaid for working with children checkStaff management experienceAbility to build and maintain relationshipsStrong problem solving skillsBenefits:Attractive salaryTraining providedUniform ProvideOnsite ParkingBusiness tools suppliedDo not miss out on this great opportunity.  If this sounds like you then, please click APPLY NOW  AUD Melrose Park 2114
