Our client, a young family Henley, is seeking a dedicated and experienced primary teacher to provide in-home tutoring for their 5 year old.
About the Role:
As a primary teacher working in a family home setting, you will be responsible for providing tailored academic support to a 5 year old. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, focusing on areas such as Mathematics/Numeracy, literacy, and more. This candidate who is flexible, passionate about education, and able to work independently.
Essential Personal Criteria:
- Five years+ experience as a primary teacher
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility and a sense of humour
- Ability to work well autonomously
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a tutoring role or working with families (highly desirable)
Essential Requirements:
- Primary Education qualification
- Current Police check
- Current Working with Children Check
- NESA Accreditation
- Two verbal referees and two separate written references
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate ($35 - $45 per hour dependent on experience)
- Flexible hours 4 pm to 6 pm weekdays and or Saturday mornings
