Essentials to the Roles
- Hold a National Recognised Qualification in Children’s Services
- Have experience in the Early Childhood Industry
- Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Have a positive and friendly attitude
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility
- Have strong communications skills
- Be punctual and reliable
- Current First Aid and Working with Children Check
- Most importantly have the ability to have FUN and ENJOY your profession whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times
