About your new role:
You will be based in one of our clients Junior rooms, and hold the responsibility of developing a curriculum for the 1-2 or 2-3 year olds.
You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day safety of children in your care and have a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
Ideally, you will have a knack for guiding and mentoring younger educators and will be able to demonstrate practices that result in the best outcomes for children.
What you'll have:
- Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Possess a current Working with Children Check (WWCC),
- Hold current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates,
- Inspire, motivate, and guide Educators within your team,
- Passionate about providing quality education in the early years,
- Thrive in a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and career progression.
